The person with the Faulty device must be the person to call and have the AED with them.
Please call the Philips Customer Care Line on 1800 251 400 and select Option 2 and then Option 1. Have your serial number of the AED handy and advise you have a faulty AED and whether it can be replaced under warranty (8 year warranty on AED's, 4 years for battery).
The Customer Service Rep will allocate you a service case number and potentially put your call through to a Remote Service Engineer RSE) if they are available or else they will call you back.
The RSE will go through a series of checks. Once it is confirmed under warranty and deemed faulty, then a replacement will be arranged.
If the item is not covered by Warranty, replacement AEDs, batteries or pads are available from Uneedit Supplies (as an authorised Philips Distributor).
