The person with the Faulty device must be the person to call and have the AED with them.
Please call the Philips customer care line on 1800 251 400 and select Option 2 and then Option 1. Have your serial number of the AED handy and advise you have a faulty AED and whether it can be replaced under warranty ( 8 year warranty on AED's, 4 years for battery)
The customer service rep will allocate you a service case number and potentially put your call through to a remote service engineer if they are available or else they will call you back
The RSE will go through a series of checks so you should have the device with you if possible. If not have the person with the device call. Once it is confirmed under warranty and deemed faulty then a replacement will be arranged.
If the item is not covered by Warranty, then please contact your Distributor regarding the purchase of a replacement AED, battery or pads.
